This project is located on a land with area of 2000 square meters in west 17th , Ramsar. The project has ten floors, including eight residential floors on the ground floor and one basement floor. First residential floor includes seven units with areas of 100 to 160 square meters, swimming pool and sauna; Second to eighth include eight units with areas of 100 to 270 square meters and the ground floor and basement include the lobby and parking lots respectively. Currently, the permission for this project has been obtained and it’s in phase two of the design stage.
