This project is located on a land with area of 45 hectares in Baghestan Road and near the Namaz square, Shahriar town in Tehran. The project will have different phases, including apartment phase, villa phase, recreational, commercial, sports and etc. Currently, this project is in the phase zero of the design stage and preparing the master plan.
