This project is located on a land of 5000 square meters, which its density criterion area is 3000 square meters, in Ashrafi Esfehani highway, Pounak, District five , Tehran. The project has twenty three floors, including one commercial ground floor, eleven office floors on the ground floor and eleven basement floors.  Basement floors include parking lots. Currently, this project is in the phase zero of the design stage and feasibility studies.
