This project is located on a land with area of 1450 square meters in Mahallati Neighborhood , District one , Tehran.
The project has ten floors, including seven residential floors on the ground floor and two basement floors. Each residential floor includes five units with areas of 100 to 145 square meters; and the ground floor and basements include the lobby, meeting hall, management room and parking lots respectively.
Currently, this project is in phase one of the design stage and obtaining a permission.
