This project is located on a land with area of 400 square meters in Mohsenian street, Pasdaran, District three , Tehran. The project has seven floors, including four residential floors on the ground floor and two basement floors. Each residential floor includes a unit with an area of 200 square meters; and the ground floor and basements include the lobby, parking lots and swimming pool respectively.
